China Social Welfare Foundation

Established in 2005, CSWF is a national public-fundraising foundation under the Ministry of Civil Affaires. The Foundation aims to rescue those in danger and relieve those in need.

CSWF is assisting communities in difficulty with national education and vocational training ; rebuilding confidence in life ; improving the aged, orphans and disabled children living conditions and supporting related educational institutions to train professionals in the management of social work.



Targets of Service and Scope of Activities

1. Subsidize poor, disabled and orphan students to complete national education and professional training;

2. Fund social welfare institutions to develop educational undertakings;

3. Develop project cooperation related to social welfare education;

4. Conduct public welfare cultural and publicity activities related to social welfare education;

5. Develop social welfare higher education and train future professionals;

6. Undertake other work related to social welfare education.



President's word:

After three decades of reform and opening up the development of our people's living standards and level of education has greatly improved. However, due to the imbalance in regional development, there are some special groups in society, such as poor families, orphans and disabled children, the elderly, the poor elderly. They have to rely on their own ability to overcome the difficulties in their daily life. They urgently need community support and help.

Social Welfare Foundation is a platform, a bridge, a link for you, me and the people who urgently need help to get help. Extend your warm hand, with your loving heart to help those people in distress. The is Great Love. Social Welfare Foundation would like to sincerely cooperate with the community, to promote China's social welfare development of public welfare.
Structure of the Organization:

Office: Responsible for the Foundation's daily administration to undertake clerical personnel, confidential files, responsible for liaison with the director, and information networking.

Project Department:Planning and organizing the implementation of public projects. Raising funds and efficiencly use funds to carry out education and social welfare programs.

Publicity department:Responsible for the Foundation's publicity plan, organize conferences, activities and promotion to raise funds.
